I have to mention that due to appearing in DeviantArt as Chresy, then my pictures may have different signatures.
One of them are with my real name, others may have Chresy signature...
So I hope you wont get confused :)

I started using Tumblr on 25th February 2011 and I added a lot of pictures what I have made for so long. Every next page has older pictures, and the newest are at the beginning.

anyway, these are common ab exercises that I like. Especially the 3rd one, it’s a killer!I try to do each move 10-15 times, repeat 3 times.
